Below are links to websites where calculator operating manuals and service manuals can be found.  If you know of other websites with manuals please let us know.

• Katie Wassermann has a growing list of manuals for electronic pocket calculators, which are downloadable in pdf format, at http://www.wass.net/manuals/.

 

• Joerg Warner has many manuals for Texas Instruments calculators at his Datamath website at http://www.datamath.org/Manuals.htm.
  He also has manuals for some other early hand-held electronic calculators at http://www.datamath.org/Manuals_Others.htm.

 

• Mark Glusker has uploaded a series of mechanical calculator parts and repair manuals to https://archive.org/details/@decimagic.

 

• Robert Baruch has uploaded an incredible archive of Monroe manuals at https://archive.org/details/monroecalculatingmachinecompany.

 

• There are operating manuals in pdf format for the Curta calculator and a number of other mechanical and electronic calculators at http://www.curtamania.com/curta/code/download.html.

 

• There are some operating and service manuals for Sharp electronic calculators and pocket computers at http://sharppocketcomputers.com/.

 

• John Scriven has an interesting website describing the mechanical calculators in his collection at https://mechanicalcalculators.wordpress.com/.  It has a very useful section with operating manuals for a selection of mechanical calculators.

• Roland Huisman has a considerable ANITA calculator resource at http://technischmuseum.nl.  He has posted a selection of ANITA instruction manuals and advertising brochures, together with other interesting literature, at http://technischmuseum.nl/documentation/documentation%20files/Anita%20PDF/.

 

• Hans Bloemen ("flowercalc") has operating manuals and other information for a number of hand-held and desktop electronic calculators at http://www.calculatormuseum.nl/calculators/manuals.html.

• The Museum of HP Calculators has operating and service manuals available for HP electronic calculators, but these are only available on CD.  See https://www.hpmuseum.org/software/swcdp.htm to see what is available and information on ordering.

 

• Jay Respler may be able to supply a manual for your Olivetti calculator, you can reach him at JRespler@superlink.net.

 

• Have a look at the Links to Youtube Videos page, or search www.Youtube.com itself, to see if there is a video of that calculator, or a similar one, in use.

 

• Otherwise, try asking at one of the calculator forums such as the Old Calculator Forum. Someone may be able to send a photocopy or scanned images.
